Privacy & Policy

This policy governs the terms of participation in GTS programs. By registering, you (the parent/guardian or participant if over 18) agree to the following:


1. Registration Policy

Online Registration Required

All participants must complete registration through the official GTS online platform prior to attending any sessions. This ensures accurate rosters, safety compliance, and insurance coverage.


Enrollment is First-Come, First-Served

Registration is only confirmed once full payment is received. Space is limited and not guaranteed without payment.


Waiver & Policy Acknowledgment

Participation requires agreement to the Waiver and Release of Liability, along with acknowledgment of GTS's Child Safeguarding Policy and Health & Safety Guidelines.


Group Placement

Athletes will be assigned to groups based on age, skill level, and coach recommendation. GTS reserves the right to adjust groupings for safety and development.


Medical & Emergency Information

Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical history and emergency contact information at the time of registration. Disclosure of any health conditions is required.


Free Trial Policy

Players requesting a trial session must complete online registration and agree to the waiver. A trial does not guarantee a place. Enrollment is subject to availability and payment.


2. Payment Policy


Full Payment Required Before Participation

All training fees must be paid in full before a participant is allowed to take part in any sessions, unless a written installment plan has been pre-approved by the GTS administrative team.

No payment means no participation.


Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payment (2.9 % processing fee applies)
  • Card Machine (2.9 % processing fee applies)
  • Cash (limited and subject to prior approval)


Flexible Payment Plans

Installment plans may be available upon request. A written agreement outlining the terms must be completed before the start of the term.


3. Refunds, Credits & Cancellations

  • Non-Refundable Fees
  • All registration and training fees are non-refundable in cases of:


  • Personal withdrawal
  • Absence
  • Missed sessions

This ensures GTS can retain coaching staff and secure venues in advance.


Refunds Are Only Issued If:

  1. GTS cancels a program/event without rescheduling.
  2. A valid medical certificate is provided (credit or partial refund may be issued).
  3. A participant withdraws after the first session but before the second session (50% refund of remaining fees may be issued).
  4. After two or more sessions, no refunds will be granted.


Credits (Preferred Option)

Instead of refunds, GTS may issue credits for future terms, programs, or camps. Credits are valid for 6 months.


4. Make-Up Sessions

  • Maximum of two (2) make-up sessions per term for participants enrolled in a full-term package.
  • Make-ups must be completed within the same term and in the correct age/skill group.
  • Make-ups are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
  • Missed make-up sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.


5. No Roll-Over Policy

  • All sessions must be completed within the registered term.
  • Unused sessions cannot be transferred, rolled over, or refunded.


6. Separate Programs & Additional Fees


The following offerings are not included in the standard training package and require separate registration and payment:

  • Leagues and Friendly Games
  • Holiday Camps and Summer Camps
  • Tournaments and International Trips
  • Special Clinics and One-Off Events
  • Team Jerseys, Uniforms, and Other Apparel



7. Discounts & Offers


Early Bird Discount

A limited-time discount is available up to two (2) weeks before the start of the term.

Once the term begins, regular pricing applies with no retroactive discounts.


Sibling Discount

Families enrolling more than one child in the same term are eligible for a sibling discount.

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discount programs.

All discounts must be applied at the time of registration and are not retroactive.


8. Code of Conduct & Safeguarding


Respect and Sportsmanship

All participants and parents/guardians are expected to uphold the values of respect, discipline, and sportsmanship at all times. Positive behavior creates a safe and inclusive environment for all.


Zero Tolerance Policy


GTS maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Bullying
  • Physical or verbal abuse
  • Discrimination or harassment
  • Any form of misconduct

Any breach may result in immediate suspension or removal from the program without refund.


Parent Expectations

Parents and guardians must respect all coaches, referees, and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension of their child's participation.


Safeguarding Commitment

  • GTS is committed to protecting all children in its care. All staff follow strict safeguarding procedures and are required to report concerns in accordance with our Child Protection Policy.


9. Force Majeure


Game Time Sports (GTS) shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications to programs caused by events beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Venue unavailability or operational issues
  • Government restrictions or regulatory changes
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events

Refunds will not be issued in such cases. However, GTS will make every reasonable effort to reschedule sessions or provide alternative arrangements when possible.


10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising in connection with Game Time Sports (GTS) activities, services, or terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

By agreeing to these terms, all parties consent to resolve any legal matters through these courts, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.


11. Data Protection


Game Time Sports (GTS) is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of all participant information.

  • Confidentiality
  • All personal data collected during the registration process is kept strictly confidential and stored securely.
  • Purpose of Use
  • Information is used solely for administrative, safety, medical, and communication purposes related to GTS activities.
  • No Third-Party Sharing
  • Participant data will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without explicit prior consent, except where required by law or emergency services.
  • Parent/Guardian Responsibility
  • By registering a participant, the parent or guardian consents to the collection and use of data as described in this policy.
